［摘 要］ 目的：实现示踪剂循经迁移线的三维断层及透视观察。方法：志愿者下巨虚穴位点注18f-fdg，pet采集腿部透射及发射图像，对透射及发射图像进行融合并重建融合后的透视图。结果：融合后的三维断层图，实现了循经迁移线的空间定位显示，但无法看到完整的循经迁移线，只是断续线段；重建的透视图实现了从各个方向直观观察完整循经迁移线及其在体内走行位置，并可立体旋转显示。结论：图像融合后的透视图实现了循经迁移线的立体透视显示。

［abstract］ purpose to realize investigation on three dimensional (3d)
tomogram and scenograph of the migration line of tracer along meridians. methods 18fdg(2-［18f］fluoro-2-deoxy-β-d-glucose) was injected
into point xiajuxu (st 39) in the volunteer. with the stable body position, three
transmission and emission images were respectively acquired, then the
transmission and emission images were reconstructed and fused together. based
on the fusion images, the scenographs of the migration lines were reconstructed.
results the fusion of the 3d transmission and emission images could locate
migration lines along meridians in the body. but whole migration line along the
meridian could not be shown on a slice of tomogram, only some intermittent
segments could be displayed. the scenographs based on fusion images made it
possible to directly observe the whole meridian line in every direction.
conclusion 3d scenograph of the migration line along the meridian based on 3d
imaging fusion is a better way in location of the migration line along the
meridian in the body.
