〔Abstract〕Through studying the successful experiences of multinational enterprises, the paper gives the conclusion that knowledge management and corporate culture are effective factors on organization effectiveness. In order to demonstrate this inference, it adopts the method of questionnaire. The results shows that knowledge management as well as corporate culture affects organizational effectiveness positively, corporate culture affects organizational effectiveness positively, and the affection is more prominent when the two factors integrated. Based on these results, the paper brings up some related advices on knowledge management and corporate culture to improve organization effectiveness for enterprises. ......
