移动P2P环境下基于时空混合多描述编码的H.264编码器优化算法


  摘 要:目前,很多改进多描述编码(multiple description coding, MDC)的算法大多把重点放在减少冗余以及码字在各个描述的合理分配上,而忽略了数据中包含的信息量以及对编/解码器恢复图像时的重要程度。针对上述问题以及时间插值的MDC方案和空间插值的MDC方案各自的优缺点,设计了一个基于信息度优化的时空混合多描述编码的方案,该方案充分利用了H.264编/解码器的特点,预先估计出各帧数据中对恢复图像的作用比,再利用不同级别的时空混合编码方案使多描述编码的码率分配更加合理。实验证明,在码率相差不大的前提下,其显著提高了丢失描述情况下视频的恢复质量。

  Abstract:At present, many improved MDC algorithms mostly focus on reducing the redundancy, as well as reasonably distributing of bitson every description, but ignore the amount of information thedata contains andthe effectfor therestoring the vedio.In view of the above problems, this article designed one optimizedalgorithm though combining both the advantage of time interpolation MDC and spatial interpolation MDC ,and also making full use of the characteristic of H.264 codec to preestimate the effect of the frame for restoring the vedio,then used different level MDC to make bit-rate allocation more reasonable.The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm canimprove in restoring thetransmitted vedio significantly with bits rate basicly no change.
